There is a bug with WOL in the current Squeezecenter version (I am using 7.01 16/feb/08).
WOL Squeezebox3 remembers not the last server that it was connected to but the first server that is in the circular list. If you connected to just one server no problem. If you have moved your server from one machine to another WOL keeps sending magic packets to the first server in the list.
