Sorry I don't really have any idea what could be wrong.  One way to
reset your player is to use the SN website and go to Players ->
Settings and click Save.  This will cause the server to refresh all of
the preferences.  If that doesn't help we can delete your player for
you and you can set it up again.  If you want me to do that, disconnect
the player from SN and let me know.
