Hi, Are you sure you put the correct wireless key into the sb. Upper and lowercase makes a difference, Also make sure you have not put a space at the end of your key. It's best to check the key on your wireless router and make sure it matches exactly when you type it into the sb. Make sure that the squeeezebox also has the correct network SSID name it should detect this. What type of security are you using? I use WPA-PSK.
One tip make sure you set a static ip on your router for the squeezebox. How I did it I let the router set an automatic dhcp ip address first for the squeezebox, once it connected ok then I went back into the router settings and changed set by dhcp to static address.
