Have you registered your SoftSqueeze player to your SqueezeNetwork account? If not, attempt to connect to SqueezeNetwork on the SoftSqueeze UI... you should get a Player PIN number. Go to squeezenetwork.com, log in, then click the Player tab and select Add Player.
