I have previously used my iPod Touch to log onto the Squeezenetwork web interface for the purpose of playing streaming internet music including Rhapsody.
However I now have a problem doing this. Recently, my iPod Touch has not retained my log-on settings (username and password) needed to automatically log onto the Squeezenetwork. When I try to reenter this information, I am unable to do so. Specifically, I can enter my user name, however the oval area for entering my password is not accessible from my iPod Touch. When I touch the oval area where I need to enter my password, what should happen is that the software keyboard should pop up on my iPod Touch so I can type in my password. However the keyboard is not popping up. Thus I cannot enter my password. This is ONLY a problem with attempting to enter my password as an existing user. I have no problem entering my username and I have no problem creating a new account. However since all my favorites are associated with my existing account, I would like to use my existing account. However at the moment I cannot use my existing account on my iPod Touch because the oval area for entering my password is not responsive to touching it. In my opinion, there is something wrong with the html coding for the oval area for an existing user to enter their password such that it is no longer responsive to the iPod Touch and I assume also the iPhone. I was previously able to enter my password because I did so several months ago when I got my iPod Touch and the device kept this information in its cache or cookies or whereever it needed to remember this information. However now the device doesn't have this information and I need to reenter it. However I cannot. I am posting this message to please ask the Slim Device company to correct the coding to solve this problem.
