I downloaded the new 7.1 to my mac. the upgrade went fine on the cpu. However the player keeps saying hold down the brightness key to complete the upgrade. Problem is the player does not react to holding down the brightness key. Just stays frozen. Ive unplugged and went through the set up again. It gets to the update screen and hold the brightness key down again. And freezes. Any thoughts? thanks in advance
