Andy has been working on this issue and just recently put a fix that fixed this problem for the most part- Rhapsody channels would stop between tracks every so often when being played on sync'd receivers.
This problem has been mostly fixed, however in using this feature (directly with squeezecenter, haven't tested squeezenetwork yet), it seems it does still stop randomly. (Although a lot less often) According to my Last.FM log- it played 9 tracks and then stopped. At that point I went to bed without touching it- and two hours later it played one more song, but stopped again. This morning I started the music again (although it still said it was playing), and it played 6 songs, and then stopped again.
