I've added the following text:

"To access Last.fm Radio, you must first authorize your account. To do  
this, click the "Authorize this account" link and you will be taken to  
the Last.fm website. If necessary, login to Last.fm with the account  
you wish to authorize, and then click the button marked "Yes, allow  
access". After doing this, you will be redirected back to  
SqueezeNetwork and your account will be authorized for radio access."

Also, I added some text to show when an account is authorized.
