Hello, I did not want to start a new thread, because I have the same issue as the first message author. Connection to SN times out. My ISP is Comcast. Ping to SN fails. Tracert fails after 13 hops (see attachment). I can ping and traceroute to SN from m work. ISP is Cbeyond. Please advise. Thank you!
