For those of us outside of the US, UK or Germany, could you tell us what is holding back the availability of the Last.fm radio functionality? I know that Last.fm have announced a 'direct play' option specifically for these three countries earlier this year, but the personalized radio streams have always been available for everyone, as far as I know.
