There are no Thumps Up/Down buttons for Pandora in the SN UI either. Also, in the SC UI for Pandora clicking the Track name brings up the options that can be found when one right-clicks the Now Playing Track using the SB menu while connected to the SN. At the moment the SN and SC interfaces to Pandora are very inconsistent. There options that work in SC that don't work in SN and vice versa.
