Because last.fm say it isn't supported (presumably because they haven't been able to agree a deal with the licensees in your country). There is nothing SlimDevices or Logitech can do about that unfortunately.
I do think however that Logitech might have to start communicating very clearly what is and isn't available before the point of sale.
