Recently, I have been having problems with Sirius. I turn on my Transporter in the morning and I have no problems connecting either through Squeezenetwork or from Squeezecenter. After about 4 hours, my player is disconnected and I get the following error message: "Unable to retrieve channel info. PartnerMaxLogins Exceeded Error." After three days of this I called the Sirius customer support number and they tell me the message indicates that I have logged on too many times and I have to wait 24 hours for it to reset. I told the clueless young girl that I was not using a computer but a Transporter, Squeezebox, Logitech, Slim Devices radio but I might as well just pounded my head against the wall. She just regurgitated the same mantra. Before I callback and go postal, is anyone else seeing this error? Any suggestions, and yes I paid my bill!
