Technically you do have access to the whole catalog, it's just that they had to remove some albums from it. Almost certainly this is not their fault, it usually happens at the request of the rights holder (record label, etc). The view you see in the PC client, where you can choose between "available" and "all" albums should show this. All the grayed-out albums are not available for unlimited playback. Our implementation filters out all of the non-playable stuff automatically because it would clutter up the interface and make it hard to find stuff to actually play.
