I think many people are confusing the SoundPass login with the free RadioIO web login (not tamanco, but others). I suppose it wouldn't hurt to place an additional note or warning where the actual RadioIO login info is located. Something like: "This login is only for PAID RadioIO SoundPass accounts. Free, unpaid RadioIO access requires no login information.
