"error server returned: 503 service temporarily unavailable" - indicates a problem with the Last.fm server, but it's odd that it consistently happens to you - I use Last.fm a lot and haven't had any recent problems.
Is there anything about your setup that would stop or reset your connection to the internet, hibernate on the box running SC or router leasing renewal settings?
