I do not know what else to do.  I call tech support and gave up after 30
mins.  When I tried to email it tries to make me sign up again and does
not complete my request.  Any help or redirection is needed.  Is there
another way to tech support?

the real problem.

I can not connect to Squeezenetwork.  I am connected via an ethernet
cable to a laptop with wireless internet.  The logitech to laptop
wireless was unreliable for my library.  Now my library plays perfect
but I can not connect to the Network or any online services.  I am
running squeezecenter 7.2.1 which I installed about 3 weeks ago.  The
squeezebox has updated itself so it can connect to the internet.  Any
ideas?
