I would like to give Rhapsody the benefit of the doubt and assume that
they are working on a fix.

I don't want to ask for a credit at the moment because in the bigger
context of the service it is attempting to provide, it is far and away
better than anything else out there: millions of songs, artists and
albums on demand.

I pay about $12. per month with a multi-year discount. I figure if I
have to hit the play button or forward button a few more times, then
fine, I can live with that. I still think I am getting a bargain.

I don't want to help put Rhapsody out of business. The record
companies are doing enough of that with their greedy royalty demands.

If you have a squeezebox, you already have a high tolerance for
ambiguity even without Rhapsody. The squeezebox has a new firmware
every week it seems. So things are constantly being tweaked and fine
tuned.

I would like a little more transparency from Rhapsody though. It would
be nice to know from them some details of what is going on.

It seems like Rhapsody is fixing things. Things are better than a few
days ago. I say give them a chance and don't harass them for a whole
month's credit just because you have to push a button on your remote
more than once every half hour.

Don't kill the goose that laid the golden egg. Rhapsody should be
supported, not destroyed.
