I can only answer your question whether it's possible to subscribe to
Sirius Internet Radio outside US - yes, it's possible (at least it was
possible in June 2007). I've subscribed from Poland (Europe). To
subscribe you'll have to call Sirius they will setup your SIR account
manually. You'll have to mention that you'd like to subscribe to SIR
from outside the US. Prepare your credit call as during call they will
ask you for your billing address (outside US) and CC number. After that
if everything goes OK they will give you username and password.

Don't give up after first call - at first they told me to call Sirius
Canada. Try until you find customer representative who knows what to do
and how to subscribe someone outside the US (I managed to subscribe
during my second call). You'll have to mention that you want an
internet account only not regular radio.

I'm no longer a Sirius subscriber so I can't tell you anything about
SqueezeNetwork and Sirius outside the US (as when I was a subscriber it
wasn't possible to listen to Sirius via SN).
But in theory, you'll only have to enter your Sirius username and
password in SqueezeNetwork "Accounts" -> "Sirius" tab
(http://www.squeezenetwork.com/user/account/sirius) after your trial
ends.
