OK guys I think I've figured out at least part of the reason there are problems. It appears some of our SN servers are unable to connect to the server opml.radiotime.com, which is where all radio information comes from. We're still trying to work out why this is happening, since the server isn't actually down. The workaround for now is to use SqueezeCenter.
