Hi: I amm also experiencing the same problems: very frequent failure to connect to Napster and message about system believing I am not where I said I am.
However, I noticed that the connection problem does not arise with all records. Some records, like "A Giant Step In Jazz by John Coltrane" always play without any problem (both in SC and SN).
