Both questions might come down to the fact, that there are multiple
entries für this particular artist. One is named "The Happenings" (I
didn't listen to the whole track, but i think the streamable one -not
all tracks for all artists are streamable- is the "original" one) and
the other one is called "happenings". That one has an other streamable
version for the song. This means someone uploaded the second version to
a wrong artist entry, probably by mistake. Hence, while playing radio
your Squeezebox thought it didn't play two different versions of a song
or two different songs. It played two different artists.
Its kind of sad on last.fm that some artists (or their labels) provide
no or only a few streamable songs. And as far as I know, if you don't
own the rights of a song you are not allowed to upload it.
Results are:
1. You will only hear a handful of songs of some artists ("The
Happenings" have five streamable songs listed.)
2. IF you hear one of these bands, you might get fed up hearing their
handful of songs again and again.
The problem is on last.fm side and AFAIK there's no (legal) workaround
for that. Sorry.
