If you save your Favorites opml file on a internet accessible network
server then SN (or even SC) can pick up the file using an HTTP URL - it
becomes a sub menu in your Favorites.  There are many free servers that
can serve the file using http (e.g. Google code, often ISP provides a
small amount of "Webspace") - then you can link both SC and SN into the
same files.   

The main disadvantage is updating it has to be done on a PC and then
uploaded.
