and all I did is play with the RCA plugs on back of SB (a few in/out cycles). I'm glad I did not try the back of the amp first as it's a heavy unit in a cramped location. Two channels is definitely better than one :)
Had done a factory reset (first thing I did actually), but will do the other one.
