Mine shows up pretty much in realtime. Just double check your page in SqueezeNetwork > Accounts > Last.fm - Your last.fm account username should be displayed, along with * Authorized for Last.fm Radio*. - -Submit (scrobble) all tracks played to Last.fm.- dropdown should be set to *Yes, report tracks...* - The player you're using should also be listed and your last.fm account name should be selected in the dropdown.
