But if it is working for others, any status page would also show it
working just fine.

If your ISP isn't routing your trafic through their network correctly,
preventing you from connecting to SN, there isn't anything Logitech can
do about this, and no status page is going to change things. This is
just an example of a possible connection issue.

As has been said before in one of your threads (it's difficult to keep
track with multiple threads, so in future please don't cross post), if
your boom is stuck on "Obtaining IP..." this is clearly a problem with
either your network or a hardware fault with the Boom.
