Thank you all for the feedback.

I got up this morning reset the router and SBRs; went to the SN and
through the browser's UI had no problem activating one of the music
services. Interestingly, I then turned on the SBC and it is simply not
connecting; it's connected to my router, but it can't see the SBRs, even
thought the SN has no problem seeing them and broadcasting music to
them. Go figure...

(Which raises the question, why do we need to by the SBC if the SBRs
work just fine through the SN's broswer UI? I guess, you need a SBC to
intially set up the SBR, but I'm sure they could figure out a way to
configure them through the browser, but that would mean less $$$ for
Logitech).

The Logitech Tech Support folks love to blame my Router/WAP whenever I
have issues. I'm on FiOS, so I have to use an ActionTEC router with
Verizon's service. Once when my SBRs wouldn't work for close to three
weeks, I talked Verizon into sending me a replacement router. It didn't
make a difference. I then set up a LinkSys router behind the ActionTEC
and connected the Duet through the LinkSys--again, no difference. I went
back to the ActionTEC and a few days later everything returned to
normal.

This thread talks about SBR firmware of 60 and 61. Mine are stuck at
58. How does one go about upgrading or downgrading the firmware on the
Receivers? I see no option to do this, but I might be missing the
obvious. Same with the Controller. How does its software get upgraded?
When I go to Software Upgrade, the only option I'm given is to "cancel"
and nothing else seems to happen in the background.

As I said previously, Logitech is selling us junk. As long as they find
suckers that are willing to believe their marketing hipe about these
products, they'll continue putting out products that are defective and
do not work as advertised--I only wish someone at the FTC would start
looking at some of the false advertising that most Hi-Tech companies get
away with thse days...

Best regards, Phil
