What version of Squeezencenter are you running and what OS? If, for example, you are running 7.4, that plugin won't work without some manual adjustment.
What aubuti is saying is that you haven't given us the basic information we need to try and assist you and we're left trying to guess what might be wrong. Version of Squeezecenter and OS is an absolute minimum. It would also be helpful if you could tell us whether you see the WaveInput plugin listed on the Plugins page - I'm guessing from your description that you don't? If so, the first thing we need to is check that you have installed the plugin in the correct directory. What is the exact path of the WaveInput plugin that you have installed? What is the exact path of your squeezecenter installation?
