I'm guessing you are running 7.4? If so, as in the thread you've seen, you need an account at test.squeezenetwork. You also need to be running a recent version of 7.4 (last week or so) - older versions will not work.

You can use the same account name/password for both accounts (test and SN). When 7.4 is released, you can revert back to your old account at squeezenetwork.com - that's why it's a good idea to use the same account name/password (as I learned to my cost).
