If nothing can play via SC > Internet Radio > Staff Picks then your player cannot see beyond your network (i.e. it does not see the internet). Staff Picks requires no SN account to function. If true, then your problem likely is on your network (router, IP issue, ISP, anti-virus, firewalls, etc...)
