I decided to start my free trial with Napster yesterday, but am having issues. It seems to only want to play certain songs. For example, I can't play any Silversun Pickups whatsoever. If I choose one, or have one in my playlist, it shows "Problem: Can't connect to server for:" on the top line. Then, playback normally stops, although sometimes it skips over the track, and sometimes it plays the track I was just listening to. (presumably there are conditions for this, but I haven't identified them). The problem first occurred when using squeezenetwork.com, so I upgraded to the beta, but the problem is still there.
However, (using the top 100 list), I can play the Jay-Z and Rihanna track, the Linkin Park track, and the Shinedown track from the top 10 (but only those three). I can also play HADOUKEN!'s entire catalogue, and the RX Bandits' new album (Mandala).
