Got the same issues. Assumed that my router was dead but a recycle there and a restart of the duet and controller get me nowhere.
Each time I start my controller it tells me I've just upgraded the software - which I haven't - and the home screen shows no apps or any music services at all. Looks like mysqueezenetwork is down somewhere. Where's the "Current network status" website?
