I've seen this on and off, well before the new interface was in play. It seems to happen when Napster gets particularly busy, and next day everything is working fine and playlists are populated again.
I'm not sure if it is a Napster issue or an SN issue, but my Napster playlists are working fine right now, so not a universal problem.
