Hiya str :) That is odd. Might want to contact support. Couple of things to check: - I presume you have been using SN for a while? Did you get (and respond to) the SN registration email? - Even without a SN login with SC, what happens when you navigate your player to Internet Radio > Staff Picks, then select a station to play? Does it play on your SB player? You don't need a SN account at all to play these streams (at least that's the way it used to be). I'm wondering if your player and SC might not be able to see the internet. If SC can't see the internet that might explain why it won't accept your SN login info.
