Phil, you're a star. Got the problem sorted. Although I had set my netgear router to use OpenDNS and flushed the cache, my network connection settings (i.e. in Control Panel/Network Connections/TCPIP) were still set to use the BT DNS servers rather than being set for OpenDNS. Updated that setting as well and all is working again. I also have all music services back, phew...
