I am seeing this problem again in 7.4.1 on Debian Server with a Firefox 3.5.3 /XP SP3 client.
The character set I am trying to edit is Bulgarian Cyrillic. I have tried cutting and pasting from another app, using Windows Language bar setting, and Firefox Translit plugin (all of which used to work).
