Well, I have to say that this one is correct. It looks to be a problem with MySB and not DI. Have a look at, and vote for https://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15007
As a work around (till we fix the issue) just remove your DI account info from MySB.com and you can stream the low bit rate. -- jrichardson James R.
