All - thanks for the posting - I hope this can save others a few hours of troubleshooting and factory resets.
Sure now this is a connectivity issue between the Duet Player/Controller ( SBC ) and mysqueezebox.com server backend. See attached device status screenshots for further info. While I could not successfully register during my latest from scratch setup on the SBC , the two devices magically appeared on my account. The SBC, called player to confuse the enemy, is showing up not connected and no firmware info. The SBR shows up as connected and indeed can stream music using the Web Remote Control on MSB.com. QED : something is broken between the Duet Player/Controller/SBC and mysqueezebox.com. My guess is this will be fixed Monday morning EST , afternoon CET.
