I've just found this thread after having the same problem for the last
week or so.  The solution is simply to log on to
http://mysqueezebox.com; look at your apps; click mp3tunes; click the
red no entry sign to delete the account; add the account again.  No need
to do anything else.

Very happy to have this working again.  Thanks for pointing me in the
right direction.
