Did you try "forgot my password" option. I never had any problem logging into mysqueezebox.com on the web using either IE8, Firefox, Opera or Chrome. The numerous posts here are all related to SB devices not connecting to a registered account on mySB.com. This must be an account ( email address )/ password mismatch issue.
