Hi About a week ago, I bought a squeezebox radio for the kitchen to complement the duet I bought earlier for use in the living room. My reciver used to be able to switch between my squeezeserver running on a Synology DS109+ NAS without any problems at all, but after I got the radio the receiver consistently wont connect to mysqueezebox.com. The strange thing is that the SB radio connects without problems.
I have made sure the DHCP IP pool on my router zyxel router is large enough (recently increased it to 25 - the wired and wireless interfaces on my networked devices require around 15 IPs) When I run diagnostics on the controller it looks to be fine, but that is just for the controller it seems, I haven't found a way to display the same information for the receiver. However I "information about players" in the advanced menu, the receiver does look to have been assigned an IP and this IP is identical to the one my router lists as being assigned to the receiver. I have tried rebooting the router and power cycling the receiver and the controller (and also the SB radio just in case) several times to no avail. This would be a minor problem if I had the NAS on all the time, but this is not the case because the NAS is placed in the bedroom - even though the NAS is pretty quiet, it's not quiet enough.
