Start with the basics. Stop the server software (if running). Reboot router. Restart server software. Any improvement?
Also, what version of the software are you running? If 7.5, have you created an account on test.mysqueezebox.com (rather than mysqueezebox.com) as it's beta so runs on a beta software? If neither of these work - can you give us some more details - what OS are you using, how are your players connected, what router etc, and what station are you trying to play (e.g. format of the stream)? Also have a look in the server.log file (look in the web interface, Settings/Information for a link).
