Yes normally alarms would be synched. I use alarms and switching every
day (no Radio, though) and extremely rarely have I seen mySB.com not be
aware of the correct alarm time. 
But I've seen it fail, due to connection issues (you can see synch
attempts in the server log) and perhaps to gremlins in the mySB.com
server :)

I believe mySB will overwrite the local server *if* you've modified the
alarms in any way while on mySB.com Otherwise, your server alarms should
be retained.

I have SC/mySB synchronization activated, I doubt alarms would follow
if it was not. I use SC 7.3.
