Yes this should work (internet radio through SBS). But a couple questions with your setup:
Is your Transporter connected to the router or wired directly to your computer? It kinda sounds like you may be connecting directly to your PC which does complicate how Transporter sees the internet. SBS > Control Panel > Diagnostics ... what does it say for all ports & pings? Is your WiFi router in addition to your ISP modem/router? Or one in the same? Yes you can use Transporter both Wired & WiFi, but not simultaneously. You would have to go through the Network Setup for each switch.
