I'd try unplugging your router then the SB3, plug router back in
allowing it to completely reboot before plugging in SB3.
If it still won't connect, try pressing & holding the BACK button (left
arrow) on remote, enter Setup, scroll to "connect to MySB", arrow right
to connect.

If that doesn't do it I can only suggest a Factory Reset of SB3 and go
through the initial Network Setup again.  :(
