Take a look at the SBS > Control Panel > Diagnostics What does it report for all ports, pings, IP's?
If SBS cannot see MySB and you select a menu item that needs MySB (Internet Radio, Apps, My Apps) then the Touch may think it needs to actually switch to MySB.
