Yes. I've even removed it and reinstalled the app once. The Stream
plays perfectly when I don't log in to sky.fm (or di.fm). Once I enter
my Premium account information to the app, the error message reappears
and no streaming is possible. 

When was the last time you tried? What is the bitrate you're getting? 

I'm able to use my Premium account on the DI.FM iPhone App, so I know
my subscription is alright.
