Aha, I see the problem. DI/Sky let you configure the type of playlist you get when you click on a stream. The default is pls format and that's all we currently support. If you however configure it for m3u format their server returns a different playlist format. That's why it hasn't worked for you but does work for others. I'll have a fix out for this shortly.
