I've stated this before, but it's worth re-stating: I haven't personally experienced another product from an organization of this size (Logitech) where you get one-on-one problem solving attention like this from Andy G. With all the complaining and doom & gloom one hears from time to time on this forum (and others---it's not peculiar to Logitech), it's worth noting and appreciating the unique nature of what just went on with the above-mentioned thread. And, this is not the first time. Andyg....thank you for what you do.
