Hi, In the last couple of weeks I've noticed that My Apps menu item frequently disappears when using mysb.com (the App Galery item is still there when this happens).
This has happened to my Radio (fw r9197) and Touch (fw r9200) many times with current and a few older firmwares from 7.6. I tried rebooting, resetting to factory settings and at least one of these steps has always helped. Some time later the problem appears again, though.
